This is a voluntary service available only to the persons  who wish to utilize the CAAS Service. No fees will be charged. This service is not available as an independent or stand alone activity because We are not into land broking activity.

The most important element in cultivation is availability of land. Alternative modes of farming like vertical farming, hydroponics, aquaponics, kitchen gardens and terrace gardens have severe limitations either in terms of aggregate yield or type of crop or the cost. They also require higher level of expertise. At present, cost of alternative modes is very high especially in terms of creation of facilities for farming.

Owning a piece of agricultural land is the dream of many middle class  Indians. Vijaya Lakshmi Narasimha Agro Pvt Ltd converts the dream into a reality by offering facilitation service in identification and purchase of land suitable to the needs of a person. Expertise in diverse areas  like legal, field experience and expertise on soil science & hydrology is required. Purchase of agricultural land requires  deep knowledge in the legal plane in ascertaining clear title and right of possession and enjoyment. Field experience is required in ascertaining actual possession (possession on the ground). Agricultural  expertise  is required  in suitability of the land  to the selected crops and also in ascertaining the availability of water and other inputs  like labour. An ordinary person has to depend upon experts in different areas and even if one of them fails, the entire purpose is lost. Even after a suitable land is identified, one has to go through a long drawn process of registration of the purchase deed  and mutation of the land to become rightful owner of the land.

The elements of the service of facilitation of acquisition of agricultural land are:

  • Ascertaining type of land in terms of the crop desired to be raised
  • Identification of suitable land within the budget of the prospective land  owner
  • Identifying water requirement and ascertaining  commensurate water availability
  • Gathering of the documents  of Land Ownership
  • Vetting of the title including ascertaining claims of third parties, if any
  • Ascertaining Possession on the Ground
  • Bringing both parties to the table and helping in the price negotiations
  • Arranging for smooth registration of the deed and
  • Mutation of title in the name of the purchaser
  • Ensuring peaceful possession of land by the purchaser
